Our Returns and Refund Policy

If the product you received didn't meet your expectations or was damaged in any way, you can easily return it back to us within a 30 day period of receiving the product. Don't worry, we will pay for the return shipping and, if you desire, can simultaneously send you a replacement product free of cost (that includes shipping!). If you don't want a replacement we'll issue a refund and notify you as soon as we've received the product so that you get your money back ASAP.

For returns within the UK expect a refund within 2-4 days.

For returns within the EU and Europe expect a refund within 4-10 days.

For returns outside of the EU and Europe expect a refund within 10-21 days.

If for any reason you do not get a refund within this time please contact us at carbtuneshop@gmail.com.

We would greatly appreciate it if the product was returned in the same condition you received it in and within its original packaging such as the tool pouch for a Carbtune or the plastic bag for the adapter kit.

To start a return is simple! All you need to do is email us at carbtuneshop@gmail.com and we will send you a return shipping label which you can then deliver to your local post office.
